Can you help me apply for my Visa?

Yes of course! All our packages include the cost and processing of your Tourist VISA (for foreign passports the Umrah VISA is required for which there may be an additional fee).

Do I need any vaccines before going for Umrah?

Yes. the vaccination required for Umrah (Meningitis ACWY135) is not included in the package price. This can be obtained through your GP or Certain Pharmacies.

Where can I buy my Ihram?

You can buy an Ihram from your local Islamic shop or online (Amazon etc).

What does a package include?

A Travel Umrah package with Al-Muhammadiyah Travels includes Flights, Hotels, VISA, Transfers / Transport & Ziyarahs. As well as great customer service of course! 😉

It’s my first time going for Umrah and I want to make the best out of my spiritual journey. Will I be shown how to perform Umrah correctly?

Yes. All our groups are led by reputable Scholars who are based in the UK. They will guide the group from start to finish.

Are Ziyarahs included in my package?

Absolutely! We have experienced staff in Makkah and Madinah الحمد لله who have years of knowledge on Ziyarahs for both holy cities. Just relax… Explore, Experience and Enjoy.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

We understand there is a lot of uncertainty at this time and there may be many reasons why you’d want to cancel or change your booking. However, if you’re fit to travel, your destination is open, and your flights and hotel are operating, we’d advise you not to cancel your booking as you will be subject to normal cancellation terms.

Most of our bookings are non refundable. However, if things change on your end and you do not want to travel get in touch with us and we will try our best to offer you a refund.

Is my flight ATOL Protected?

Yes. All our flights are ATOL Protected and our customers will receive an ATOL certificate with their ticket.

Is my deposit refundable?

Unfortunately deposits are none refundable and we ask that you think carefully before booking in order to avoid disappointment.

Can a lady travel by herself?

It is a requirement of the Shariah as well as the Saudi government that a women must travel with a valid mahram (close male relative) i.e. father, son, brother, grandson, maternal or paternal uncle, grandfather, nephew, father-in-law and son-in-law.
